Rabat - Three Moroccans returning from Great Britain and France have been tested positive to the H1N1 influenza virus, a statement of the Health Ministry said on MondayThe patients are receiving medical care at Casablanca and Rabat hospitals, the same source said.
This brings the swine flu toll in Morocco to 78 cases treated in special hospital wards.
Seventy-seven people have already left hospitals after full recovery.
Only one case is being hospitalized and shows no serious signs, the source added.
